Payment of Dues for II/III Year Students
- Students of II and III Years should pay their fees for the period May 2010 to April 2011 along with Annual Dues between 1 August and 25 August 2010. The class-wise dates for payment of Dues will be notified on the College Notice Board at an appropriate time.
- In case the fees are not paid by the due date, the defaulter's name may be struck off the College Rolls. Such a student may not be given the benefit of attendance for the period during which his/her name remains struck off the College Rolls. He/she may, however, be re-admitted on payment of dues, together with a Re-Admission Fee.
Withdrawal from the College
Whenever a student decides to withdraw from the College, he/she should make an application to the Principal intimating the date of withdrawal. In case he/she fails to do so, he/she shall continue to be on the Rolls of the College for a maximum period of two months, and will be required to pay all fees and charges that fall due during this period.
Rules of Refund
- Refund, if any, will be made according to the University rules that are in force at the time.
- Students cannot claim any refund of caution money six months after the refund has fallen due.
